Theming, short URLs, and AppGram widgets
Style a link page to match your brand, share and manage its short URLs, and embed live content from your other AppGram modules.
Theming
The Theme section in the link page editor controls the preset, palette, font, and layout. Start from a preset, then adjust:
- Presets — pre-built looks. The fastest way to get something presentable.
- Colors — background, card surface, text, and accent.
- Background — a background style, including a background image if you want one. Images can be uploaded or picked from your asset library.
- Typography — the font used across the page.
- Layout — stack (one card per row) or grid (cards side by side).
- Buttons — the styling of the link cards themselves.
The editor previews your changes as you make them, so you can see the effect before saving.
Stack layout suits five to ten links and reads well on a phone. Grid is better when you have a lot of short labels — but check it on a narrow screen, since most link-page traffic arrives from a phone.
Short URLs
Every link item gets a short code automatically. The resulting URL looks like /go/code and is served from your project's portal domain — or from your custom domain if the project has one configured.
Each item in the editor shows its short code, with actions to copy the short URL or open it. Use them anywhere a full URL is awkward: printed material, a podcast description, a QR code, a character-limited post.
Two things to keep in mind:
- Short URLs only resolve while the page is Published. Unpublishing the page takes all of them offline.
- You can repoint an item at a new destination and the short URL keeps working. That's the safe way to change where a shared link goes.
AppGram widgets
The AppGram integration section pulls live content from your other modules onto the page, so it stays current without you editing anything. Available integrations:
- Blog — feature up to five blog posts as cards.
- Releases — feature up to five releases, your changelog highlights.
- Testimonials — feature up to five customer testimonials for social proof.
- Status — a live status widget showing current operational health.
- Surveys — embed a survey for product or NPS feedback.
- Forms — link a contact form for inbound responses.
- Support — surface a support contact form.
- Affiliate — promote your affiliate program with a join CTA.
Each integration can be added either as a widget — an embedded block that renders the live content — or as a plain link that sends people to that part of your portal. Widgets you've added can be reordered or removed from the same panel.
Surveys and forms need you to pick which specific survey or form to point at, since a project usually has more than one.
Putting it together
A link page that earns its place usually has:
- Three to seven link cards, ordered with the most important first.
- One live widget — the status widget or your latest releases — so the page isn't static.
- A socials row, so people can find you where they already are.
- A description that says what you do, not just what your product is called.
Preview the page on a phone before you share it. That's where nearly everyone will open it.
