Audit Logs Overview

Audit logs provide a comprehensive record of all activity within your organization, helping you track changes, ensure compliance, and investigate issues.

What's Tracked

Audit logs capture a wide range of activities:

  • User Actions - Sign-ins, sign-outs, profile updates

  • Settings Changes - Organization updates, security settings changes

  • Content Activity - Creates, updates, deletions

  • API Activity - API key usage, rate limits

  • Member Management - Invitations, role changes, removals

Viewing Audit Logs

  1. Go to SettingsOrganizationAudit Logs

  2. Use filters to narrow down the logs:

    • Date range

    • User

    • Action type

    • Resource type

  3. Review the log entries

Log Entry Details

Each audit log entry includes:

  • Timestamp - When the action occurred

  • User - Who performed the action

  • Action - What was done

  • Resource - What was affected

  • IP Address - Where the request came from

  • Details - Additional context about the action

Exporting Logs

Export audit logs to CSV or JSON for external analysis or compliance reporting.

Log Retention

Audit logs are retained according to your organization's data retention policy. Configure retention periods to meet your compliance requirements.
