Searching and Filtering Entries
When your waitlist grows large, you can quickly find specific entries using the search functionality.
How to Search
- Locate the search bar at the top of the entries list
- Enter a search term (email address or name)
- The list automatically filters to show matching results
Search Criteria
The search function looks for matches in:
- Email Address - Both registered user emails and anonymous signup emails
- Full Name - Names provided by entrants
- User Email - For registered users' account emails
- User Full Name - For registered users' account names
Search Behavior
- Search is case-insensitive
- Partial matches are supported (e.g., searching "john" will match "[email protected]")
- Clear the search field to show all entries again
- If no matches are found, a message will indicate no results
Tips for Effective Searching
- Use email addresses for precise matching
- Use first or last names to find specific entrants
- Search by domain to find all users from a company (e.g., "company.com")
