Contacting Entrants

Reach out to individual waitlist entrants directly using the built-in email functionality.

How to Email an Entrant

  1. Find the entry you want to contact in the waitlist list
  2. Hover over the entry to reveal the action buttons
  3. Click the email icon button
  4. Your default email client opens with the entrant's email address pre-filled

Email Action Button

  • The email button appears on hover next to each entry
  • It's shown as a mail icon in a button
  • Clicking it opens your system's default email application
  • The "To" field is automatically populated with the entrant's email

Email Address Priority

The system uses this priority when determining the email to use:

  1. Registered User Email - For users with accounts
  2. Anonymous Email - For users who signed up without an account

Best Practices

  • Personalize your emails - Reference the user's name and when they joined
  • Provide value - Share updates about your product development
  • Be transparent - Let entrants know when to expect your launch
  • Avoid spam - Only send relevant, helpful communications
