  • Historical records you might need

When to Delete

Delete tickets that are:

  • Duplicates of other tickets
  • Spam or abusive content
  • Test or dummy tickets
  • Accidentally created tickets

Ticket Lifecycle

Recommended workflow:

  1. New ticket arrives in inbox
  2. Work on and resolve the ticket
  3. Archive when complete
  4. Delete if truly unnecessary

Archive View

  • Click the Archive tab to view archived tickets
  • Same search and filters apply
  • Can unarchive any ticket
  • Can also delete from archive

Bulk Actions

  • Currently no bulk archive/delete
  • Must handle tickets individually
  • Planned feature for future releases

Best Practices

  • Archive instead of delete when possible
  • Keep resolved tickets for reference
  • Delete only truly unnecessary tickets
  • Regularly clean up your inbox
  • Use archive as long-term storage
