Creating Flows
Flows are topic categories within a collection. They organize related articles and determine how content is displayed to users.
How to Create a Flow
- Select a collection in the sidebar
- Click the "+" button and select "New Flow"
- Fill in the flow details
- Choose a display type
- Click "Create"
Flow Settings
- Name - Display name (e.g., "Account Help")
- Slug - URL-friendly identifier (e.g., "account-help")
- Description - Optional description of the flow
- Icon - Choose from 500+ Lucide icons
- Color - Hex color for the flow branding
- Display Type - How content is shown (List, Accordion, Decision Tree, Wizard)
Icon Picker
The icon picker provides access to 500+ popular Lucide React icons:
- Search icons by name
- Icons are displayed in a grid
- Selected icon shows with your chosen color
- Clear selection to use default display type icon
Display Types
Choose how users interact with content in this flow:
- List - Simple list of articles
- Accordion - Expandable/collapsible sections
- Decision Tree - Interactive yes/no branching
- Wizard - Sequential step-by-step guide
Editing Flows
- Click the three-dot menu on a flow
- Select "Edit"
- Modify any settings
- Click "Update" to save changes
Deleting Flows
- Click the three-dot menu on a flow
- Select "Delete"
- Confirm the deletion
- All articles in the flow will be permanently deleted
Best Practices
- Group related content by topic
- Use descriptive names for easy navigation
- Choose icons that match the flow's purpose
- Select display type based on content complexity
