Signing In to AppGram
Learn about the different ways to sign in to your AppGram account and what to do if you encounter any issues.
Email and Password
The traditional sign-in method using your registered email address and password.
- Go to the sign-in page
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Click Sign in
If MFA is enabled, you'll be prompted for a verification code after entering your password.
Google Sign In
Use your Google account to sign in quickly and securely.
- On the sign-in page, click Continue with Google
- Sign in to your Google account if prompted
- Authorize AppGram to access your Google account
If this is your first time signing in with Google, a new AppGram account will be linked to your Google account automatically.
GitHub Sign In
Sign in using your GitHub account for developers and tech teams.
- On the sign-in page, click Continue with GitHub
- Sign in to your GitHub account if prompted
- Authorize AppGram to access your GitHub account
SSO Sign In
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), use your company credentials to sign in.
- On the sign-in page, click Sign in with SSO
- Enter your organization's SSO domain if prompted
- Sign in using your company credentials
SSO is configured by your organization administrator. Contact them if you have trouble signing in with SSO.
Email Confirmation
If you just created your account, you may need to confirm your email before signing in:
- Check your email for a confirmation link
- Click the link to verify your account
- Sign in after verification is complete
If you don't receive the confirmation email, click Resend confirmation email on the sign-in page.
Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it:
- Click Forgot password? on the sign-in form
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a reset link
- Create a new password using the link
- Sign in with your new password
Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues
- Incorrect password - Use the forgot password flow to reset it
- MFA code not working - Wait for a new code or use a backup code
- SSO errors - Contact your organization administrator
- Account locked - Wait a few minutes or contact support
