Managing Profile Information

Update your personal information to keep your account accurate and personalize your experience.

Updating Your Profile

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Update the following fields:
   • Full Name - How you're identified throughout AppGram
3. Click Save changes

Avatar

Your avatar is automatically generated from your name using initials. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, your profile picture from those services is used automatically.

Email Address

Your email address is shown in your profile for reference but cannot be changed directly in Settings. If you need to update your email:

• Contact our support team
• Provide verification of ownership for both email addresses
• We'll help you make the change

Profile Visibility

Your profile information is visible to other members of the organizations you belong to. Your name and avatar are shown when you:

• Create content (feature requests, comments)
• Vote on items
• Participate in discussions

Best Practices

• Use your real name to build trust with your team
• Keep your profile information up to date
• Use a professional avatar if signing in with social providers
