Privacy Settings

Manage your privacy preferences and data controls to maintain control over your personal information.

Accessing Privacy Settings

1. Go to Settings → Privacy
2. Review available privacy options
3. Adjust settings according to your preferences
4. Click Save changes

Data Visibility

Control how your information is visible to others:

• Profile Visibility - Choose who can see your profile information
• Activity Visibility - Control whether your activity is shown publicly or privately
• Activity Participation - Manage whether your name appears on public activity feeds

Data Sharing

Manage how your data is shared with third parties:

• Integrations - Review which integrations have access to your data
• Analytics - Control whether usage analytics are collected
• Marketing Communications - Opt in or out of marketing emails

Data Management

Take control of your personal data:

• Export Data - Download a copy of all your data
• Account Deletion - Permanently delete your account and all associated data

Exporting Your Data

1. Go to Settings → Privacy
2. Find the Data Export section
3. Click Export my data
4. Wait for the export to be prepared
5. Download the file when ready

Exports include your profile information, activity history, and content you've created.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before deleting:

• Export any data you want to keep
• Leave or transfer ownership of organizations you own
• Cancel any active subscriptions
1. Go to Settings → Privacy
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
3. Click Delete account
4. Confirm by entering your password

• Use strong, unique passwords
• Enable two-factor authentication
