Account Overview

Your AppGram account gives you access to all platform features and allows you to collaborate across multiple organizations.

Account Settings

Manage your personal account settings from the Settings page. Account settings are specific to you and apply across all organizations you're a member of.

• Profile - Update your name and avatar
• Password - Change your password
• Two-Factor Authentication - Enable MFA for added security
• Notifications - Control what notifications you receive
• Privacy - Manage your privacy and data preferences

Accessing Account Settings

1. Navigate to Settings from the sidebar
2. Click on the Profile tab
3. Make your desired changes

Account vs. Organization

It's important to understand the difference between your account and organization:

• Account - Your personal identity, email, password, MFA, and notification preferences
• Organization - Workspaces you belong to, with their own settings, billing, and members

Your account settings stay with you regardless of which organization you're viewing. Organization settings are specific to that workspace.

Email Address

Your email address is used for signing in and receiving notifications. Email cannot be changed directly in settings - contact support if you need to update your email.
